Well, my story is pretty basic. I am an ordinary woman- I'm not rich; I have little status where I live; I am not known for any particular talent;I make lots of mistakes but all of those things really don't matter anyway when you look at the grand scheme of things. The most important thing about me is that I know Christ as my Savior and He has blessed my life beyond comprehension.
Now, a little about why I love the THINGS I do. I have been surrounded by creative and resourceful people my entire life. My mom is an extraordinary seamstress. Later in life, I married into a very creative family. As for resourcefulness, my Granny was green before being environmentally cautious was trendy. My in-laws are the ones who gave me the flea-market, estate sale, auction, yardsale, anywhere-you-can-find-great-vintage-beauties-for-nothing bug.
I have loved the French language since college. This adoration turned into an opportunity to study abroad in France. Then it blossomed into a career of teaching highschool French. No longer a teacher and now full time mom and wife, I enjoy sharing ideas with creative women and using my French on this blog! I have run out of space!
